This is a practitioner event related to a research project on the British and Irish ICT and pharmaceutical industries being undertaken by Kingston Business School in conjunction with Dublin City University in Ireland.

The workshop will comprise company case studies from Pfizer, a large pharmaceutical multinational, and Ffastfill, a leading British software firm.
Professor Martyn Sloman (a leading expert on learning technologies), Professor Kathy Monks from Dublin City University and Dr Kerstin Alfes from Kingston University’s Employee Engagement Consortium project, will present the latest academic research on managing knowledge workers.
Representatives from Intellect, the software/IT trade association, and the Bio Industry Association, will provide an industry level perspective.
